  Auxiliary Bishop of Trincomalee –Batticaloa diocese speaks to International observers.

Compared to other Electoral districts, Batticaloa district remains non committal and aloof ; however one cannot predict any reversals and change of trend after the outcome of the Presidential elections” commented Most Rev.
